Productions Les 2 Vallées proudly announces the return of a major outdoor festival to Eastern Gatineau this summer, reigniting the region's cultural scene after the absence of major events since "Buckingham en fête" ended in 2016. This festival, known as BMA, symbolizing both Buckingham/Masson/Angers and Bouffe/Musique/Animation, is set to rejuvenate the area under the Brady Bridge in Buckingham. Planned for July 11-13, 2024, it aims to attract thousands to Maclaren Park for large-scale concerts, reminiscent of Buckingham en Fête's heyday, as revealed by Yan Proulx, president of Productions Les 2 Vallées. Additionally, a section of the park will be dedicated to circus-themed family activities, a collaborative effort with Carrefour culturel ESTacade, enhancing the event's appeal. The festival is part of a broader effort to revitalize the Eastern Gatineau area, offering a blend of entertainment, culture, and community engagement.
