Housing project launched on Montée Paiement

Mr. Jean Pierre Poulin, founder and president of the Devcore group and accompanied by his collaborators, cuts the traditional ribbon to mark the kick-off of the Cinq23 project, on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, in Gatineau. The new rental real estate project, located at 523 boulevard Montée Paiement, will be a 6-story building comprising 147 apartments, two common rooms and two garages. The rental prices will be
affordable, according to Devcore.
