As for the development of the Versant district, the president of the municipal council notes the presence of a certain modernization on the territory: "The Cité sector is developing at great speed. I intend to continue working to promote development in this sector, considering its proximity to the Rapibus and an increased offer of commercial and municipal services.” "With the presence of the Maison de la culture, including the Guy-Sanche library, it is a cultural offer that is essential in the Gatineau sector, but also for all citizens of the Gatineau/Ottawa region. In addition, the Cité sector offers outdoor shows in the summer, whether at the terrace of the Odyssée hall or at the Place de la Cité," he explains.
